1. Digital Nature of Services
Mughalsarai Meri Jaan provides admissions and entry passes for live experiences, cultural celebrations, concerts, and youth arenas. All passes and tickets sold on this platform are 100% digital goods (e-passes). We do not dispatch or ship physical paper tickets, plastic badges, or physical parcels via courier or postal mail.
2. Delivery Mode & Processing Timeline
Upon successful payment capture and authorization through our secure payment gateway partner (Razorpay):
Instant On-Screen Delivery: Your official digital pass—featuring a cryptographically secure, high-resolution QR entry code, attendee details, and venue instructions—is generated and displayed instantly on your confirmation screen.
Electronic Confirmation: An automated digital receipt containing your Pass ID and download link is dispatched to your registered email address and/or mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp within 5 to 15 minutes of payment confirmation.
Pass Download: Attendees can directly save the pass as an image, save it to their digital wallet, or download a printable PDF file directly from the confirmation screen or the My Booking section at any time.
3. Shipping & Handling Charges
Because all admissions and booking passes are fulfilled electronically through digital channels, Shipping and Delivery charges are ₹0.00 (Free / Nil) for every booking. There are no postal fees, handling surcharges, or physical parcel courier fees associated with your order.
4. Delayed or Undelivered Pass Assistance
In rare instances where a technical disruption, network latency, or banking communication error prevents your digital pass from generating on-screen or arriving via email/SMS within 15 minutes of payment deduction:
Visit our My Booking Pass Wallet and enter your registered mobile number and booking reference to instantly retrieve your pass.
If your pass remains inaccessible, please contact our support desk immediately with your payment transaction ID or bank debit confirmation. Our support personnel will manually verify and issue your pass.
