Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope

By accessing, browsing, or reserving passes on this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This site sells passes exclusively for Vikas's own organized events and is not an open marketplace for third-party organizers.

2. Digital Pass Issuance & Turnstile Entry Rules

• Each digital pass is issued with an unguessable cryptographic QR bearer token upon confirmed payment capture. Passes are single-use and voided once scanned at turnstiles.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or fraudulent tampering with QR passes will result in denial of entry and pass cancellation.
• Attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport) matching the attendee registration details upon request at entry.
• Entry gates strictly adhere to timings displayed on the specific event page.

3. Refund & Cancellation Terms

Cancellations requested by customers at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled event start time are eligible for a 50% refund (credited to the original payment method within 3 to 4 working days). Cancellations submitted within 1 hour of start time or after event conclusion are non-refundable. Events cancelled by the organizer are eligible for a 100% full refund within 3 to 4 working days. For complete terms, see our dedicated Refund Policy.

4. Venue Code of Conduct

Event management reserves the right to deny admission or remove any attendee exhibiting unlawful, disorderly, or disruptive conduct, or carrying prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials) in accordance with venue safety guidelines.
